24 Hour Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in 50% of the treatment costs. (If a 30% deposit has been made, only 20% of the remaining balance will be charged).
Same Day / No-Show
Same-day cancellations or no-call no-shows will result in the full cost of the service being charged to your account.
Please be aware: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment and another deposit will be required.
